I guess they removed it because the Kotlin plugin was not updated yet, so when upgrading IJ it shows "incompatible plugin". Probably they will repost after the plugin is updated

…also, the only compatible Kotlin plugin for this IDE release (213…) is 213-1.5.10-release-949-IJ5744.223

In the list of stable Kotlin plugins (1.6.0) there is no 213. Only 212. `https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/6954-kotlin/versions/stable’
