Most postings in this channel seem to be Android or in Europe. As a backend dev in the US, I've had no problem finding jobs; they just weren't posted here.

Looks interesting. I may have applied if it was up 3 months ago. You may get more interest if you post a salary, or at least a range. Lots of places are paying well, but others are pretending it is 2019. If you don't post a salary, people may assume the latter.

The problem is that the company has salary ranges that vary by region and is really open to good competitive salaries. Posting "which range" when it is covering many regions is hard to do.
Best to say what you want to make early and then either your skills for that market back it up or they don't.
that could be 80K, 100K, 120K, 140K ... depends on what depth you have
