@seba If you're planning to pay by the hour I suggest specifying the rate, otherwise it looks like you want a senior dev to donate 250 hours of work to your project 🙂
s
Hey Louis, you are right it is tough, but we are building a community of professional freelancers, who do not care about salary but instead they prefer the flexibility of a remote work and get paid accordingly..but yes it is tough. Alex, I see your point, there is no intention to ask devs to donate hours, even if you wanted we wouldn;t do that, the total opposite, we want to compensate each individual based on their own experience. We are open to discuss rates as needed.

Freelancers who don't care about money🤔🤔 Those kind of people dont exists 😂

To be fair, I think the guy meant monthly salary as opposed to hourly rate or per-project pay

Just in case @ghedeon is still in tears, or @rkeazor sal·a·ry /ˈsal(ə)rē/ noun 1. a fixed regular payment, typically paid on a monthly or biweekly basis but often expressed as an annual sum, made by an employer to an employee, especially a professional or white-collar worker.
