This label denotes some system error, not your code error, so it is not about opennes of the KotlinType class.
The class itself is part of the kotlin-scripting-common.jar, so the classpath of the script definition seems broken.

How do you configure the script definition classpath? Are you using the script in the source root?

as mentioned before .. i use ide.acceptedLocations.append(ScriptAcceptedLocation.Project) and have the script in simple folders, kotlin-scripting-common.jar is one of the dependencies of the jar, its is turned into a shadowJar/fatjar when executing it normally, but i think idea just loaded the dependency
