One question regarding the structural change brought with dokka 1.4.30 or 1.4.32, why has the `index.html` been moved out of the `-Framework` folder?
With the old structure it was possible to put multiple framework docs (`-framewokX`, `-framewokY`) together with a single modified `style.css` into one zip, because the `styles`  and `scripts` folder were outside of the _Framework_ docs folder but now its on the same level like the `index.html`

It was mainly to make it easier for people to deploy on various hostings eg. github pages
