Is it possible to let dokka group packages?
This is kind of hard to the eye and it would be easier if dokka would group the common prefix `com.yazio.shared.fasting`

Currently it is not possible

I think that it wouldn’t be hard even for a newcomer to contribute or write a plugin if you choose so. If you are interested look at `NavigationPageInstaller`

Some modules have a `README.md` and I include that using the includes() block. But we also have a library wide readme that gives a general overview

It should work if you add it to includes in DokkaMultiModule task
