@sdeleuze It's very like you are using plugin version incompatible with your IDE (beta 2 plugins were first uploaded with incorrect IDE branch ranges, so it was possible to install 2017.1 version into IDEA 2016.3). At the moment ranges are fixed. Could you please check your plugin version and reinstall plugin if it's really wrong?

Oh indeed the 2017.1 plugin was installed on my 2016.x IDEA
I did a couple of Kotlin talks with IDE errors and reported Gradle Kotlin issues due to that 😞
