Any ideas, or does this look good enough for you? (Please disregard the fact that it doesn't use the subtraction rule to make the numerals shorter)

Yeah I'm always on the fence about that as well. But I generally like having the when on the same line simply because it's one less level of indentation for the rest of the function.
