Went back and finished Day 17 instead of 22P2. I just went manual (drew my maze, figured out the path, programmed it by hand). I guess there's probably a way to generalize that, but I'm probably not going to bother considering that one was 5 days ago and nobody is going to read that post anyway. 😄

@todd.ginsberg I don't have the statistics but I think your blog is not visited just during the competition. It's really interesting to look there for new features and other approaches. So if you do not want to spend your time you could look at my solution for part 2 and modify it for your blog. https://github.com/Rtchaik/AoC2019/blob/master/src/advent2019/day17/solution17.kt

Thanks @Rostyslav, that's a really nice offer. I might write another post explaining what you've done here - it's really nice. Truthfully, I don't really think all that many people read my blog. I've got one or two posts that get some traffic but most of the AoC entries get 1-2 views a month or so. So I don't know why I worry about it so much 😄

It's a pity cause your blog is a very good material to learn Kotlin with fun. Maybe it appears in search results rarely as despite the fact that popularity of AoC is growing it's not too high.

Thanks! That's nice of you to say that.
