For IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2, Android Studio Dolphin, Electric Eel, and Flamingo, v1.7.21 of the plugin will be bundled with each IDE’s next update.

For the ones curious about the compose compiler compatibility.
Here are the dev builds and their compatibility mapping, as of right now there is no compose compiler targeting Kotlin 1.7.21 <https://androidx.dev/storage/compose-compiler/repository>
And here are the stable builds <https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/compose-kotlin> which well obviously also don’t have a vesion compatible with 1.7.21 yet.
