I think OS is this kind of infrastructure 🙂 Browser for example is entire OS on top of an OS (which in turn runs more or less virtualized most of the time), so there are so many levels I’m not sure we need more… May be I misunderstand the project idea, though.

Said that, I’m not against and really interested what that could become. I just don’t see the whole picture yet, probably.
