By the way, in terms of referencing the code, HEP comunity decided to use https://zenodo.org/, it is pretty easy to setup and it automatically captures new releases.

Thank you Alex! I've tried to keep the README.md up to date, but the thesis is more complete (cf. https://github.com/breandan/kotlingrad/blob/master/latex/thesis/thesis.pdf). Re: Zenodo. I saw this on the KMath repo, but have not had a chance to use it. Going to give it a try, thanks for the suggestion.
