Anyone having trouble running emulators in the tool window?
Whenever I start one it hangs on boot keeping one CPU at 100%. Only solution is to force kill the qemu process.
Launching emulator in a regular window (not embedded in AS) works fine.

Using AS Bumblebee 2021.1.1 and emulator 31.2.6 on Mac with M1 CPU.

But in my case it works when launched outside of the AS tool window (I do have Rosetta installed though).

Thanks everyone! We are actively fixing it now and hope to get the fix out ASAP. It’s an issue with the Emulator itself and not Studio per se

Emulator 31.3.1 is out, which should have the fix! Tested just now with Bumblebee and Dolphin C1

I believe it’s on the stable channel since 31.2.6 broke things in all M1 Studio versions

Werid. I don't see any updates for emulator. still on 31.2.6

downloaded dolphin and when i went into the ide there it prompted me about an emu update. lets see what happens.

Oh maybe. Funny though since any updates in canary versions of Studio for SDK dependencies affect all other installations (unless you explicitly install different SDK folders on your machine)

yeah weird. also weird that apparently cpu is pinned at like 110%... /shruggie

It's not in the stable channel afaik. I had to install it through dolphin.
