Hello, since apollo-android is not just for Android, I'd like it to be renamed to apollo-kotlin

@wasyl You could do it with underlying apollo-android in transitive dependencies with api scope, though you'd need to keep up with updates, or setup something to do it automatically in GitHub actions (I could help with that part)

For the record, it's been discussed internally and it's a tradeoff between discoverability and consistency with other clients (web and iOS). I'll bring this up in the next team meeting.
