I hope it's not violates any rules to transfer tickets directly. If so, I can delete my message. Just hope to  get tickets soon to have enough time for visa application

You can transfer tickets. I believe we indicate it on the site. The person wanting to transfer has to send the order  number, along with the name of the new person
