Should we go ahead and bump coroutines to 1.6.3? It's just whatever was patched in 1.6.2 plus a fix so it works with Kotlin/JS..

As long as it works on 1.6 as well as 1.7 and has the atomic/fuckup thing fixed then yeah

I have bumped it in a couple of projects.

It's working for me with Kotlin 1.7.0 and Kotest 5.3.1.
