Maybe related to the rename, but still strange

I also get this message in other GitHub repos that I’ve contributed, it’s something janky on GitHub’s side

Maybe because I now also renamed my fork to the new name :slightly_smiling_face:

And you need to approve again after my last push until the "first" PR is finally merged
