I followed CONTRIBUTING.md to run ./gradlew spotlessApply, but got the error Task 'spotlessApply' not found in root project 'arrow'. I found this in a year-old PR. How do others handle this error?

Not sure if we are still using spotlessApply or we should update the contributing guide. cc / @Javier @paco

We were waiting until ktfmt knit fix was deployed which happened a few weeks ago. We have to reenable it, cc @simon.vergauwen

This seemed to have been released in December, so we can try updating and seeing if it works.
