This is probably a naive question - and not really sure of the most correct place to ask

We just completed our migrations to support the use of Android Studio Electric Eel. Initial performance gains on IDE sync are phenomenal

I was just wondering if parallel project import is already a thing for IJ, upcoming, or not relevant

Tried digging through a few change logs but didn't find it quickly. We surely have some big non-Android projects in our company and would love to encourage them all to update if there are or will be similar gains

IntelliJ probably had it a bit before than AS.

Actually, AS got it first.
This is upcoming in IDEA, the team is currently working on it.
