Hello, I would like to participate in the project. I've learned and used Kotlin since 2019, and I have completed several projects, including web services (front and back ends), Minecraft modding, command-line programs, and desktop applications using Kotlin Multiplatform. I have been looking for Kotlin projects since the first year I learned about the GSoC. After reading the ideas listed on the introduction website, I believe that the idea of building a Groovy to Kotlin Gradle DSL Converter is extremely useful and important for the efficiency of Kotlin development. I am also interested in other project ideas, such as building Kotlin Multiplatform libraries and enhancing the kotlinx-benchmark library. I am new to open source, but I am passionate about it and would appreciate your guidance if possible.😊 My GitHub account: https://github.com/nicognaw

Glad to hear! My own thoughts on the Gradle DSL converter are that it'd be cool to see if you can leverage OpenAI or some LLM with a corpus of GitHub projects that have done a build.gradle to build.gradle.kts migration.
