what's even the point of trying to fit both together?

I only try to fit tech stacks together when I'm migrating an existing service to http4k. For instance, that was the motivation for creating `http4k-server-ratpack`: will people pick Ratpack as a backend server? Probably not. Can they use RatpackHttp4kHandler as a way to add http4k code into a Ratpack service while it's being migrated? Oh, yes 😉
