When adding `org.gradle.caching=true` my ios kmp build hangs on `linkDebugFrameworkIosSimulatorArm64` for long time until I cancel it after 5minutes
If I remove the gradle flag, it builds fine right away

Is this expected?

Works fine for us even with parallel (that had some issues in past) it defenetly takes some time depending on hw but it should not get stuck.

Well this is definitely stuck, it cannot write to caches for 5minutes, something is up

Do you have a remote build cache configured? Maybe it's just very slow?
