Is it possible in nucleusApplication when there is no Window then not terminate process but return normally?

What's your use case for this? Just curious 

nucleusApplication is not the root function in my case. It is part of component system. 
When stopping application, it should invoke components stop listeners. 
So when it comes to nucleus it just terminates. All components after arent processing.

So you have a service like app running that has an optional UI?

I can't. It is shutdown process. And it looks like a hack :)
